SPR# SODY8DGCWU - While the Notes mail template is loading up on slow machines,clicking on the left outline area sometimes generate a popup message: An internal error occurred during: "Fetch Top Level Images Job" java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.
The fix was to synchronize access to map in which images data is stored, to avoid Exception
